About This File
Dumping a lot of Pandaabear files here, tell me if anything is off.

~ Full shaded skin texture.
~ Twist bones
~ Fully Quad-based mesh
~ I have improved upon this base over Panda's Female Base a lot.
UV's are better, it's easier to be creative with textures.
Topology is better.
Weight painting is improved.
Rigging is improved.
