this avatar was made around the time Filn found out about Fen. BruceOfSteel stood up for Filn and confronted LittleMouse about it which resulted in Bruce getting blocked, banned from SubCom's discord server and this avatar being made and sold soon afterwards. it was intended to be a ripoff of the model Filn made for Bruce, just like how Fen was made to be a ripoff of Filn's model, En. both Blue Steel and Fen were petty "i'm better than you" claims in the form of paid VRChat models.
Blue Steel was advertised as "Fen's older brother" for a while, which made the association with the two avatars more obvious.
there aren't any packs as far as i'm aware of, but Fen's packs are compatible with Blue Steel, they have the same UV maps.
this package is old and untouched, just like the rest of the SubCom packages i'm sharing. it's not gonna be perfect, but hey at least this one, Fen and Fei are fullbody compatible. i should probably clarify which avatars are FBT compatible and which aren't from now on.
