Currently the signup price has been a variable up and down alot and currently may change alot, However its still only a 1 time fee for creating the account.

 

The P2U Access is still in the works perfecting how it will be implemented and the rewards afterwards and how it will work.

Things like general site access time/loading time will be improved after june as a server has been well overdue for Meny months now.

Please note even after P2U Release you'll still need 5 content count. (Might change, Again still in works.)
