Easy way to bake texture & mask into single texture on unity?

With the Auri avatar the PC version has separate materials/textures/masks, but the Quest version has a single texture atlas with no mask, it's easy enough to modify the PC version and copy it into the Quest atlas but the hoodie mask for example makes the texture metallic gold and I can't replicate that outside unity
